Children's Music Opportunities

Music Page
The intention of this page is to provide specific
and up-to-date information about our rehearsal and singing schedule.

church office, 630/858-1020.
Rehearsals for Choristers,
school-aged children through grade three, are every WEDNESDAY
from 4:00 to 4:45 PM, with the exception of November 25 (Thanksgiving
eve) and March 31 (spring break.)
Rehearsals for Trebles,
children and youth from grade four through high school senior,
are Sunday mornings from 11:20 AM to 12:15 PM.
Rehearsals for preschool children are on Sundays, 9:15 - 9:35,
in the preschool room. This group of children comprises our
Cherub Choir. They will sing at Christmas and
on May 10th only.
**We have designed our program to have several
entrance points. If the fall is not a good time for your schedule,
you can join our choirs in December for the Christmas Pageant,
or in January for the second semester.
The Choristers will sing in worship once a month.
For the spring of 2010, they are scheduled for Sundays: January
24, February 28, March 14, April 25, and May 9. On Wednesday,
May 12, they are scheduled for an outreach performance at Sunrise
Assisted Living in Glen Ellyn to be followed by an end-of-year
party. This will be the last rehearsal for the current school
year.
