Who are those young people and adults who light the altar candles, lead the procession with a cross and torches, ring the sanctus bells, and assist with the Eucharist? They are ACOLYTES!

At St. Mark’s, anyone from 3rd grade through adulthood may serve as an acolyte. Father George will lead an Acolyte Training Session TODAY, September 17 from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm. He will demonstrate the essentials of serving as an acolyte and encourage those interested to learn by doing.
